Congestion Management Process

Schedule: Final Report in September

Throughout the year, MPO staff, FDOT and local governments collect and share roadway network data. This information is evaluated using performance measures (such as safety and congestion) to identify overall mobility trends and to locate and rank congested corridors. Findings are compiled and presented in the annual State of the System Report (SOS). The SOS is used as technical guidance by the MPO Board when developing project priorities.
