NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN that the Sarasota/Manatee MPO will hold a Public Transportation Task Force Meeting on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 8:15 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Sarasota/Manatee MPO, 8100 15th Street East, Sarasota, Florida 34243. Meeting Materials will be posted to the MPO website at www.mympo.org on Friday, September 16, 2022.

Public Comment: This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Federal Laws, Florida Statutes, and MPO Policy. No stenographic record by a certified court reporter is made of this meeting. Accordingly, any person who may seek to appeal any decisions involving the matter noticed herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at this meeting upon which any appear is to be based.

EVENT NOTICE :: SCTPA/CFMPOA Joint Leadership Meeting

A joint meeting of the Sun Coast Transportation Planning Alliance (SCTPA) and the Central Florida Metropolitan Planning Organization Alliance (CFMPOA) will meet at noon at the Lake Eva Event Center, Haines City Florida. The Sarasota/Manatee MPO is a member of the SCTPA, along with Polk TPO, Citrus/Hernando MPO, Pasco MPO, Forward Pinellas, and Plan Hillsborough. The CFMPOA is made up of Lake/Sumter MPO, Metroplan Orlando, Ocala/Marion TPO, Polk TPO, River to Sea TPO, and Space Coast TPO.

NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN that the Sarasota Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2021, at the Sarasota/Manatee MPO located at 8100 15th Street East, Sarasota, Florida. Meeting materials and information regarding technology and access will be posted to the MPO website at www.mympo.org on November 3, 2021.

There are five (5) ways for the public to participate:

  1. In person at the Sarasota LCB meeting, by filling out a comment card.
  2. Written comments will be accepted before, during, and after each meeting. All written comments will be included as part of the official public record of the meeting. PUBLIC NOTICE :: Participate in the Manatee Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board Meeting on September 1, 2021

NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN that the Manatee Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at the Sarasota/Manatee MPO located at 8100 15th Street East, Sarasota, Florida. Meeting materials and information regarding technology and access will be posted to the MPO website at www.mympo.org on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

There are five (5) ways for the public to participate:

  1. In person at the Manatee LCB meeting, by filling out a comment card.
  2. Written comments will be accepted before, during, and after each meeting. All written comments will be included as part of the official public record of the meeting.   3. The Manatee LCB Board meeting will be live streamed at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. The public can view the meeting and comment during the meeting using the comment box at https://publicinput.com/Q742.

  5. For those wishing to address members of the Manatee LCB directly, you are requested to provide a written request in advance. The MPO rules of procedure, decorum, and policy governing the public comment period, shall be followed, and enforced in person or virtually.  During the public comment period, the Chair will ask the public to speak based on the written requests to speak in the order they are received.
