NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN that on January 11, 2021, the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the MPO Office, 8100 15th Street East, Sarasota, Florida 34243. The January 11, 2021 Citizen Advisory Network (CAN) meeting has been postponed being held in conjunction with the February 8, 2021 meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Meeting materials and information regarding technology and access will be posted to the MPO website at www.mympo.org before Friday, December 31, 2020.
There are four (4) ways for the public to participate:
The MPO rules of procedure, decorum, and policy governing the public comment period, shall be followed and enforced in the same manner as if the meeting were held in person. During the public comment period, the Chair will ask the public to speak based on the written requests to speak in the order they are received.
Any person with a disability requiring assistance, auxiliary aids, and services for this meeting should notify the MPO at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting by calling (941)-359-5772.
It would greatly help MPO staff if questions and comments could be emailed to Clerk to the Board (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) PRIOR to the beginning of the meetings, and ideally before 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 11, 2021.

There are no stenographical records by a certified court reporter for the noticed meeting(s) listed above. Accordingly, any person seeking to appeal any decision(s) made at the noticed meeting(s) herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at the meeting(s) upon which any appeal is to be based.
