Mobility 2035 - Long Range Transportation Plan Public Workshops
On April 28 and 29, the Sarasota/Manatee MPO held two Mobility 2035 public workshops to obtain community input into transportation needs and priorities for the two-county region and individual corridors within the region. The materials on this page are the same as those used in the workshop, and we encourage you to take a few minutes to review the information and offer your thoughts, perspectives and ideas on the transportation mobility and accessibility needs in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. The MPO will be considering a recommended Needs Plan at its June 28, 2010 meeting. This Needs Plan will serve as a basis for state and federal transportation funding, and will be the foundation for adoption of a Financially Feasible 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan later this year.
Please take a moment to review the map series from the workshop and then complete the Workshop Questionaire. You can use the "submit by email" button on the questionaire to send your answers to the MPO.
